To become eligible you must first register below prior to signing a Listing Agreement to sell your home with Donna Bergeon, or prior to making a Purchase Offer to buy a home through Donna Bergeron. It will pay for most repairs and replacements of major appliances or systems breakdowns in your home that results from normal use. Your free home warranty will begin at the close of sale and will continue for one year. TIP! When looking at homes (even homes listed with other real estate companies), don't just automatically call the phone number on any for sale sign in front of the house, or any ad seen oline! Instead, call me first to view the property. This way you can qualify for the FREE HOME WARRANTY if you should later decide to make an offer on the home.
